The future We See

We see a world where individuals move through life with clarity, confidence, and ease—not just in the big moments, but in the everyday choices that shape their well-being. A world where:

  • The high achiever carrying the weight of a demanding career no longer feels drained by burnout but instead moves through the day with balance and a sense of ease.

  • The person navigating change—whether shifting careers, making big decisions, or stepping into a new chapter—trusts themselves deeply, moving forward with clarity and confidence.

  • The wellness-seeker longing to slow down and rest finally allows space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters.

At Well With Avril, we believe that taking time to realign isn’t about losing momentum—it’s about finding your rhythm. This is the future we are creating: a world where each person feels deeply at home within themselves, moves with ease, and chooses a life that nourishes from within.

Meet your Guide

  • For much of my life, I measured my worth through productivity—chasing accolades, checking boxes, and moving at a relentless pace. I was pursuing a version of 'success' the world promised would make me happy, yet I felt increasingly lifeless—like I was on autopilot.

Yoga entered my life through a free 30-day coupon. At first, I hated it—it was uncomfortable, confronting, and forced me to sit with my restless mind. But something nudged me to stay. Over time, yoga became more than movement; it became a way to breathe through discomfort and to truly sit with myself. Slowly, I felt more open—physically and emotionally. I began caring less about societal expectations and more about what genuinely resonated with me.

Losing a parent and grieving the burnout-stricken version of myself brought deeper reflection. The pandemic pushed me to leave my corporate job and start the slow, intentional work of self-discovery. It wasn’t a single ‘aha’ moment, but a series of small, trusting steps that shaped my path.

I had to coach myself through these changes—to sit with doubt, to accept that growth isn’t always visible or linear. My personal practice—through yoga, nature, and reflection—reminded me that timelines are made up. There’s a reason turtles live long lives; they move slowly, savoring each step. Nature doesn’t rush, yet everything gets done.

I've always felt called to guide others toward deeper self-awareness. I completed a Yoga Alliance-certified training, a holistic health coaching program accredited by the NBHWC, and I hold a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Now, through yoga and holistic coaching, I create spaces for women and others navigating burnout, transitions, and self-discovery.

To me, yoga is more than movement—it's a practice of presence, a way to ground and reconnect. I believe life, like change, is cyclical. The challenges that show up today may return if left unaddressed. That’s why I emphasize savoring the present, even in its difficulty—because each moment is an invitation to learn and to be.

If I could speak to the version of myself caught in the grind, I'd say, “It’s okay. Listen to the burnout—it’s your soul asking for rest. Take a breath, make space, and know that alignment is still possible.”

With each client, I hope to offer the same: a moment to breathe and to feel that expansive lightness—the sense of a blue sky just being. Because we only experience this moment of our lives once. Let's savor it together.
